Service description and acceptance

Codex Ads by Holarka lets an authorized advertiser connect a compatible AI assistant to Meta advertising tools in order to analyze authorized ad accounts, produce reports and recommendations, and create or update advertising objects on authorized assets. Using the service means you accept these terms.

02

Authority over connected assets

You must hold lawful authority over every business asset and ad account you connect. You may not connect an asset you do not control or have not been authorized to manage.

03

Your responsibilities

You remain responsible for advertising content and claims, targeting, budgets, billing, compliance with Meta policies, and compliance with all applicable law in the markets where your ads run.

04

AI output requires review

The service may generate drafts, analyses, and recommendations. These are inputs to your decision, not decisions. Review them before acting.

05

Paused by default and human approval

Analysis and reporting operations are read-only. Drafts and newly created campaigns are created in PAUSED status. Activation, publication, budget increases, deletion, and other material changes require explicit human approval.

06

Prohibited uses

  • Sharing credentials or allowing unauthorized access to a client account.
  • Evading Meta policies, review processes, or enforcement.
  • Discriminatory or unlawful targeting.
  • Fraud, misrepresentation, or deceptive advertising.
  • Malicious automation, or scraping beyond the authorized interfaces.
  • Accessing client data you are not authorized to access.
07

Suspension

Holarka may suspend or limit access to protect an account, to comply with Meta, or to meet an applicable legal or platform requirement.

08

Availability disclaimer

The service may be offered in a beta or evolving state. Uninterrupted or error-free operation is not promised, and features may change.

09

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Holarka is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost profits, revenue, or advertising spend arising from the use of the service.

10

Intellectual property and feedback

Holarka retains rights in its methods, software, and materials. You retain rights in your own advertising content and data. Feedback you send may be used to improve the service without obligation to you.

11

Termination and revocation

You may stop using the service at any time and revoke access in Meta Business Integrations. To request deletion of data held by Holarka, see the Data Deletion page.

12

Governing law and contact

These terms are governed by the law applicable to the responsible provider, Alexander Oubiña Meneses, operating under the Holarka brand. Questions about these terms go to support@holarka.com.

13

Independence

Holarka and Codex Ads by Holarka are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Meta Platforms, Inc. or OpenAI.
