User Data Deletion Instructions

There are two ways to end access and delete the data under Holarka's control. You may use either, or both.

Last updated: August 8, 2026
OPTION 1

Revoke the integration in Meta

Open your Facebook/Meta settings, go to Business Integrations (or the applicable authorized-business connections), find Codex Ads, and remove access.

Once revoked, active credentials stop working immediately and the service loses access to your assets.

OPTION 2

Email privacy@holarka.com

Send an email with the subject “Data Deletion Request” and include:

  • full name;
  • Meta user ID, if known;
  • business portfolio or ad-account ID, if known;
  • organization name;
  • enough non-sensitive information to verify your authority over the request.
Email privacy@holarka.com
Never email passwords, access tokens, payment information, or identity documents. Holarka does not need them to process a deletion and will not ask for them.

What Holarka will do

  • Acknowledge receipt of the request.
  • Verify your authority over the assets involved.
  • Revoke active credentials.
  • Delete or de-identify the data under Holarka's control within 30 days.
  • Send you a written confirmation.

Exceptions and limits

Law may require certain records to be retained for longer; in that case only what is required is kept, and you will be told. Protected backups expire on their normal lifecycle.

Deletion of data Meta holds in its own systems must be requested from Meta directly. Holarka can only delete what is under its control.
